Jazzi's Hope Project

I am so excited to announce our new mission, Jazzi's Hope Project. Let me provide some background information to help you understand the mission of the Hope Project. 

My son Keith was born prematurely at 26 weeks and 5 days. We spent 3 months in the NICU. There were several things that got our family through this difficult time support from our extended family, prayers, hope and faith. My hope was everything would be okay. My faith allowed me to be okay with whatever happened.

My sole focus during this time was my family. I did the basics to care for myself and kept going. I did return to work for a short period of time, but ended up taking additional time off because I was not ready. I was a fixture at the hospital often visiting my son 2-3 times a day. There were days filled with many tears. I felt like no one could relate to what we were going through.

Fast forward to today our son is a happy 7 year old. He does have some challenges and continues to receive therapy to strengthen the areas where there are delays. Keith does everything that boys do just a little differently.

My mission is provide a little hope and faith to the mother's with babies in the NICU. I want them to know that there is someone who understands this journey. I will be partnering with support groups and hospitals to coordinate delivery of the gifts to the moms.
